8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your air conditioner, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • Unit does not turn on: Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Ensure the unit is not in standby mode.
  • No cooling: Verify that the unit is in Cool mode and the set temperature is lower than the ambient room temperature. Check if the exhaust hose is properly installed and not blocked. Clean the air filter if it is dirty.
  • Weak airflow: Ensure the air filter is clean. Check for any obstructions in the air intake or outlet.
  • Unit is noisy: Ensure the unit is placed on a flat, stable surface. Check for any loose parts or obstructions.
  • Water leakage: Ensure the drain plug is securely closed. If the unit is in dehumidifier mode or operating in high humidity, check the drainage port for blockages or if the water tank needs manual draining.
  • Remote control not working: Check and replace the batteries in the remote control. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the unit's receiver.

If the problem persists after attempting these solutions, please contact customer support.
