3. Product Overview

3.1. Control Buttons

• Power Button: Press and hold to turn the speaker on or off.
• M (Mode) Button: Press to cycle through playback modes (Bluetooth, Aux-in, Micro SD). Press and hold to activate/deactivate Extra Bass mode.
• Light Button: Press to change light modes (Breathing, Quarter Rocking, Rippling, Rolling, Crossing, and Off). Press and hold to fix the current light color.
• Play/Pause Button: Press to play or pause audio.
• Volume Down (-): Press to decrease volume. Press and hold for previous track.
• Volume Up (+): Press to increase volume. Press and hold for next track.

4. Setup

4.1. Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Use the provided USB-C charging cable.

1. Connect the USB-C end of the cable to the speaker's charging port.
2. Connect the USB-A end to a compatible USB power adapter (not provided).
3. The LED indicator will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 4.5 hours.

4.2. Powering On/Off

• To power on: Press and hold the Power button until the indicator lights up.
• To power off: Press and hold the Power button until the indicator turns off.

4.3. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth mode (indicated by a flashing blue LED). If not, press the 'M' button to switch modes.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select "DOSS Extreme Boom+" from the list of devices.
4. Once connected, the LED indicator will turn solid blue, and you will hear an audible confirmation.
5. The speaker will automatically attempt to reconnect to the last paired device when powered on.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Press the Play/Pause button.
• Next Track: Press and hold the '+' (Volume Up) button.
• Previous Track: Press and hold the '-' (Volume Down) button.
• Volume Adjustment: Press '+' or '-' to adjust the volume.

5.2. Extra Bass Mode

To enhance bass output:

• Press and hold the 'M' (Mode) button to activate Extra Bass mode.
• Repeat the action to deactivate Extra Bass mode.

5.3. Light Modes

The speaker features dynamic LED lights that sync with music.

• Press the Light button to cycle through 6 different light modes: Breathing, Quarter Rocking, Rippling, Rolling, Crossing, and Off.
• Press and hold the Light button to fix the current light color.

5.4. PartySync Mode

Connect multiple DOSS Extreme Boom+ speakers for synchronized audio.

1. Ensure all speakers are powered on and in Bluetooth mode.
2. On the primary speaker (connected to your device), press and hold the PartySync button. It will enter pairing mode.
3. On the secondary speakers, press and hold the PartySync button. They will search for the primary speaker.
4. Once connected, all speakers will play synchronized audio. Up to 100 speakers can be connected.
5. To exit PartySync mode, press and hold the PartySync button on any connected speaker.

5.5. Power Bank Function

The speaker can charge external devices via its built-in power bank function.

1. Connect your device's charging cable to the USB-A output port on the speaker.
2. Ensure the speaker has sufficient battery charge.
3. Important: To cancel battery-saving functions and enable charging, press the 'M' and 'O' (Power) buttons simultaneously.

6. Connectivity

6.1. Aux-in Mode

For wired audio connection:

1. Connect a 3.5mm audio cable (not provided) from your audio source to the speaker's Aux-in port.
2. The speaker will automatically switch to Aux-in mode, or you can press the 'M' button to select it.

6.2. Micro SD Card Playback

To play music directly from a Micro SD card:

1. Insert a Micro SD card (not provided) with audio files into the Micro SD card slot.
2. The speaker will automatically switch to Micro SD card mode, or you can press the 'M' button to select it.

7. Maintenance

7.1. Waterproofing (IPX6)

The DOSS Extreme Boom+ speaker is IPX6 waterproof, meaning it is protected against high-pressure water jets from any direction. This makes it suitable for outdoor use near water, such as pools or beaches.

• Ensure all port covers are securely closed before exposing the speaker to water.
• Do not submerge the speaker in water. IPX6 rating does not protect against immersion.
• After exposure to water, wipe the speaker dry with a soft cloth.

7.2. Cleaning
