The BolaButty C27C speaker features a robust design with intuitive controls. Key components include:

5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the speaker's charging port and the other end to a 5V/1A USB power adapter (not included). The charging indicator light will show charging status and turn off when fully charged. A full charge takes approximately 5 hours.

5.2 Power On/Off

• To Power On: Press and hold the Power button for 2-3 seconds until you hear an audible prompt and the indicator lights illuminate.
• To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for 2-3 seconds until you hear an audible prompt and the lights turn off.

5.3 Bluetooth Pairing

The speaker will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode when powered on for the first time or if no device is connected. The indicator light will flash, indicating it's ready to pair.

1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in pairing mode.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
3. Search for "C27C" in the list of available Bluetooth devices.
4. Select "C27C" to connect. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation sound, and the indicator light will become solid.

The speaker supports Bluetooth 5.3, offering a stable connection up to 33 feet (10 meters) in an open environment.

6.3 TWS (True Wireless Stereo) Pairing

You can pair two BolaButty C27C speakers together for an immersive stereo sound experience.

1. Ensure both speakers are powered on and not connected to any Bluetooth device.
2. On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), press the TWS Pairing button. You will hear a prompt indicating it's searching.
3. The two speakers will automatically connect to each other. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation sound.
4. Now, connect your device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described in Section 5.3. The audio will play in stereo through both speakers.

7. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and performance of your speaker.

• Cleaning: Wipe the speaker with a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Water Resistance (IPX5): The speaker is IPX5 waterproof, meaning it can withstand splashes and light rain. Do not submerge it in water. Always ensure the charging port cover is sealed tightly before exposing the speaker to water.
• Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Charge the speaker at least once every three months to maintain battery health.

8.1 Bluetooth Connection Issues

• Speaker not connecting or disconnecting frequently:
  • Ensure the speaker is within 33 feet (10 meters) of your device and there are no significant obstacles.
  • Avoid strong electromagnetic environments (e.g., near Wi-Fi routers, microwave ovens, other 2.4GHz devices) which can cause interference.
  • Make sure the speaker has sufficient battery power. Low battery can affect Bluetooth performance.
