Please follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is recommended to assemble the chair on a soft, clean surface to prevent damage.

  1. Attach Casters to Base: Insert each caster into the holes at the end of each leg of the chair base. Push firmly until they click into place.

  2. Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the assembled chair base.
  3. Attach Mechanism Plate to Seat: Align the mechanism plate with the screw holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat. Secure with screws using the provided Allen wrench.
  4. Attach Armrests to Seat: Secure the armrests to the sides of the seat cushion using the designated screws. Do not fully tighten yet.
  5. Attach Backrest to Seat and Armrests: Align the backrest with the seat and armrests. Secure the backrest to the seat and then fully tighten all screws on the armrests and backrest.
  6. Connect Seat Assembly to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring it is centered and stable.

5. Operating Instructions

Your Waleaf Executive Office Chair offers several adjustable features for personalized comfort.

5.1. Height Adjustment

To adjust the chair height, locate the lever on the right side, beneath the seat. While seated, pull the lever up to lower the chair. To raise the chair, stand up slightly and pull the lever up. Release the lever at your desired height.

5.2. Lumbar Support Adjustment

The chair features an adjustable ergonomic lumbar support. Rotate the lumbar support knob, typically located on the side of the backrest or beneath the seat, to modify the level of support to fit your lower back curve.

5.3. Recline and Tilt Adjustment

The backrest angle can be adjusted between 90° and 120°. Use the rocking control knob, usually located on the underside of the seat, to set your preferred tilt resistance. Pull the lever (often the same as the height adjustment lever) outwards to unlock the tilt function, allowing the chair to recline. Push the lever inwards to lock the chair in an upright or reclined position.
