Setup

Setting the Time

1. Pull out the crown: Gently pull the crown (the small knob on the side of the watch case) to its outermost position.
2. Adjust the time: Rotate the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise until the hour and minute hands indicate the correct time.

Using the Rotating Bezel

The Timex Standard Diver watch is equipped with a unidirectional rotating bezel. This feature is primarily used for timing elapsed events, such as dive times or other activities.

1. Align the bezel: Rotate the bezel so that the zero marker (or triangle) aligns with the minute hand at the start of the event you wish to time.
