Heart Rate Monitor
To measure your heart rate:
- Enter Heart Rate mode by pressing the 'MODE' button.
- Press and hold the 'HEART RATE' button (or designated sensor area) firmly. Keep still during measurement.
- Your heart rate will be displayed on the screen. Note that these are estimated values and should not be used for medical purposes.
Water Resistance (WR50)
The watch is water-resistant up to 50 meters (WR50), making it suitable for showering, recreational swimming, and fishing. It is not recommended for diving or high-impact water sports. Important: Do not press any buttons while the watch is submerged in water, as this can compromise the water seal.
Maintenance
Cleaning
To clean your watch, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, which can damage the case or strap. For the resin strap, mild soap and water can be used.
Battery Replacement
When the display dims or functions become erratic, it may be time to replace the CR2032 battery. The battery compartment on the back of the watch is designed for user replacement. Carefully open the compartment using a small flat-head screwdriver or coin, replace the battery with a new CR2032, and ensure the cover is securely fastened to maintain water resistance.
Strap Care
The resin strap is durable but can be affected by prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or harsh chemicals. Clean it regularly and inspect for any signs of wear or damage.

Troubleshooting
- Display is blank or dim: Check the battery. Replace if necessary.
- Time is incorrect: Re-enter time setting mode and adjust. Ensure 12/24-hour format is set correctly.
- Stopwatch or other functions not working: Ensure you are in the correct mode. If issues persist, a battery replacement might be needed.
- Heart rate monitor not reading: Ensure the watch is worn snugly on the wrist and the sensor is clean. Keep still during measurement.
- Water ingress: If water appears inside the watch, immediately take it to an authorized service center. Do not attempt to open it yourself, as this will void the warranty.
