5. Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
- Clean: Before first use, wash the bottles, blade assemblies, and travel lids in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The blender base can be wiped with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the blender base in water.
- Placement: Place the blender base on a clean, dry, and stable surface. Ensure the power cord is not obstructing walkways or hanging over edges.
6. Operating Instructions
Follow these steps to blend your ingredients:
- Prepare Ingredients: Cut fruits and vegetables into small pieces (approximately 1 inch or 2.5 cm). Add liquids first, then soft ingredients, followed by harder ingredients and ice. Do not exceed the MAX fill line on the bottle.
- Assemble Bottle: Screw the blade assembly firmly onto the open end of the 600 ml Tritan bottle. Ensure it is tightly sealed to prevent leaks.
- Attach to Base: Invert the assembled bottle and blade, then place it onto the blender base. Align the tabs on the bottle with the slots on the base and twist clockwise until it locks into place.
- Plug In: Plug the blender into a 120V electrical outlet. The backlit knob will illuminate.
- Select Speed: Turn the control knob to select your desired blending speed:
- Speed 1: For softer ingredients and general blending.
- Speed 2: For harder ingredients, ice, and more powerful blending.
- Blend: Allow the blender to operate until desired consistency is achieved. For best results and to prevent overheating, blend in short bursts (e.g., 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off). Do not operate continuously for more than 60 seconds.
- Finish Blending: Turn the control knob back to the '0' (off) position. Unplug the blender from the outlet.
- Remove Bottle: Twist the bottle counter-clockwise to unlock it from the base, then lift it off.
- Enjoy: Unscrew the blade assembly from the bottle. You can either drink directly from the bottle or attach the travel lid for on-the-go convenience.

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your blender.
- Blender Base: Always unplug the blender before cleaning. Wipe the base with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the base in water.
- Bottles, Blade Assemblies, and Lids: These parts are dishwasher safe (top rack only) or can be washed by hand in warm, soapy water. Use a brush to clean around the blades carefully. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing.
- Storage: Store the blender and its accessories in a clean, dry place.
8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your blender, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Blender does not turn on. | Not plugged in; bottle not correctly assembled or locked; power outage. | Ensure blender is plugged into a working outlet. Check that the bottle is securely locked onto the base. |
| Ingredients are not blending smoothly. | Too little liquid; too many ingredients; ingredients too large. | Add more liquid. Reduce the amount of ingredients. Cut ingredients into smaller pieces. Use Speed 2 for tougher items. |
| Blender leaks during operation. | Blade assembly not tightened; bottle not properly sealed to base. | Ensure the blade assembly is tightly screwed onto the bottle. Verify the bottle is securely locked onto the blender base. |
| Motor stops during blending. | Overheating due to continuous use or overloading. | Unplug the blender and let it cool down for at least 15 minutes. Reduce ingredient load and blend in shorter bursts. |
