2. Safety Information

4. Setup

  1. Unpack all components and remove any packaging materials.
  2. Wash all removable parts (plunger, chute, grinder, dispenser) with warm, soapy water before first use. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  3. Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and stable surface.
  4. Assemble the grinder and dispenser into the chute assembly, ensuring they are securely locked in place.
  5. Attach the assembled chute to the motor base, twisting until it clicks into position.
  6. Ensure the power switch on the motor base is in the "OFF" position before plugging into a power outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

Fruit Preparation:

For best results, use ripe, peeled, and frozen fruits. It is crucial to slightly thaw the frozen fruit for approximately 5-10 minutes before processing. This allows the fruit to soften slightly, resulting in a smoother, soft-serve consistency and easier processing by the machine. Overly hard or completely frozen fruit may strain the motor or result in a chunkier texture.

Making Your Dessert:

  1. Place a bowl directly under the dispenser opening to collect the dessert.
  2. Turn the appliance ON using the power switch located on the motor base.
  3. Carefully insert the slightly thawed frozen fruit into the top of the chute.
  4. Use the plunger to gently push the fruit down into the grinder. Apply steady, even pressure. Do not force the fruit.
  5. Continue adding and plunging fruit until your desired amount of soft-serve is dispensed.
  6. Once finished, turn the appliance OFF and unplug it from the power outlet.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your Frozay machine. The removable parts are dishwasher safe for convenience.

  1. Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
  2. Disassemble the chute assembly from the motor base.
  3. Remove the plunger, grinder, and dispenser from the chute.
  4. Rinse all removable parts under running warm water immediately after use to prevent fruit residue from drying.
  5. Wash these parts with warm, soapy water. A small brush may be helpful for cleaning the grinder and dispenser thoroughly.
  6. Rinse all parts thoroughly and allow them to air dry completely before reassembling or storing.
  7. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water.

7. Troubleshooting
