Important Safety Instructions

Installation Instructions
- Preparation: Ensure the main power supply to the installation area is switched off at the circuit breaker.
- Marking: Position the mounting plate (part of the fixture) against the ceiling at the desired location. Use a pencil to mark the drilling points.
- Drilling: Drill holes at the marked points. Insert appropriate wall plugs (if necessary, depending on ceiling material).
- Mounting Plate Installation: Secure the mounting plate to the ceiling using the provided screws.
- Wiring: Connect the household electrical wires to the terminal block on the fixture. Ensure correct polarity (Live to Live, Neutral to Neutral, Earth to Earth). If unsure, consult a qualified electrician.
- Fixture Attachment: Carefully attach the main fixture body to the mounted plate, securing it with the provided screws or fasteners.
- Bulb Installation: Screw four E27 light bulbs (not included) into the sockets. Do not overtighten.
- Final Check: Ensure all connections are secure and the fixture is firmly mounted. Restore power at the circuit breaker.

Operating Instructions
The Lucide RUBEN Ceiling Light is operated via a standard wall switch connected to your household electrical system. Once installed and powered, simply use the wall switch to turn the light on or off.
Dimming Functionality
This fixture is compatible with dimmable E27 LED light sources and can be connected to an external dimmer switch (not supplied). To utilize the dimming feature, ensure you use dimmable bulbs and have a compatible dimmer switch installed in your electrical circuit.

Maintenance
Cleaning
To clean the fixture, ensure the power is off and the fixture has cooled down. Wipe with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish.
Bulb Replacement
Before replacing bulbs, switch off the power supply. Allow old bulbs to cool completely. Unscrew the old bulb counter-clockwise and screw in a new E27 bulb clockwise. Ensure the new bulb does not exceed 40W. Restore power after replacement.

Troubleshooting
