4. Product Overview

4.1 Front Panel Controls

The front panel features a clear LCD display, a multi-function rotary knob, and various buttons for source selection, radio functions, and call management. It also includes two USB ports, a TF card slot, and an AUX input for versatile media playback and charging.

4.2 Rear Panel Connections

The rear panel provides essential connections for antenna, audio output, and power. Ensure all connections are made correctly as described in the installation section.

  • ANT: Antenna Input
  • FL: Front Left RCA PRE-AMP Output (White)
  • FR: Front Right RCA PRE-AMP Output (Red)
  • RR: Rear Right RCA PRE-AMP Output (Red)
  • RL: Rear Left RCA PRE-AMP Output (White)
  • POWER CABLE: Main power input connector
  • HORN CABLE: Speaker output connector

5. Installation

5.1 Mounting the Unit

Use the provided mounting brackets to secure the car radio into your vehicle's single DIN slot. Ensure the unit is firmly in place to prevent movement during driving.

5.2 Wiring Diagram

Refer to the following diagrams for correct wiring connections. Incorrect wiring can damage the unit or your vehicle's electrical system. If you are not confident with electrical wiring, please seek professional installation.

  • GND (Black): Ground connection. Connect to the vehicle's chassis ground.
  • ACC (Red): Accessory power. Connect to a switched 12V power source that turns on/off with the ignition.
  • ANT (Blue): Antenna control. Connect to the power antenna or amplifier remote turn-on lead (if applicable).
  • B+12V (Yellow): Constant 12V power. Connect to a constant 12V power source from the vehicle battery.
  • Speaker Wires: Connect to your vehicle's speakers. Ensure correct polarity (+/-) for each speaker.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Power On/Off

Press the OFF/CLOCK button (rotary knob) to turn the unit on or off.

6.2 Source Selection

Press the SRC button to cycle through available audio sources: FM Radio, Bluetooth, USB, TF Card, and AUX Input.

6.3 FM Radio Operation

  • Select FM Source: Press SRC until FM is displayed.
  • Auto Scan: Press and hold the AMS/BAND button to automatically scan and save strong stations.
  • Manual Tuning: Use the Previous/Next Track buttons to manually tune frequencies.
  • Preset Stations: Use the numbered buttons (1-6) to select saved preset stations.

6.4 Bluetooth Functionality

  • Pairing:
    1. Select Bluetooth source by pressing SRC. The display will show "BT1".
    2. On your mobile device, search for Bluetooth devices and select "CAR BT".
    3. Once paired, the unit will confirm connection.
  • Hands-Free Calls: Use the Answer and End Call buttons on the front panel to manage calls.
  • Bluetooth Music: Play audio from your paired device. Use the Previous/Next Track buttons and the rotary knob for volume control.

6.5 USB/TF Card Playback

Insert a USB drive into the USB port or a TF card into the TF card slot. The unit will automatically switch to the USB/TF source and begin playback of compatible audio files (MP3/WMA/WAV/FLAC).

6.6 AUX Input

Connect an external audio device (e.g., smartphone, MP3 player) to the 3.5mm AUX input jack on the front panel using an audio cable. Select the AUX source using the SRC button.

6.7 USB Charging

The USB ports can also be used to charge compatible mobile devices (Support voltage: 12V/1A). This is convenient for long journeys.

6.8 Colorful Button Lights

The unit supports seven-color backlight for the buttons. To change the color:

  1. Press the rotary knob to enter the color setting mode.
  2. Rotate the knob to cycle through the available colors.
  3. Press the knob again to select and fix the desired color.

6.9 Clock Settings

To set the clock:

  1. Press the OFF/CLOCK button briefly to display the clock.
  2. Press and hold the OFF/CLOCK button until the hour digits flash.
  3. Rotate the knob to adjust the hour.
  4. Press the knob again to switch to minute adjustment.
  5. Rotate the knob to adjust the minutes.
  6. Press the knob once more to confirm and exit clock setting mode.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the unit's surface. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Dust: Keep the USB ports and TF card slot free from dust and debris.
  • Fuse Replacement: If the unit does not power on, check the fuse located on the rear power cable. Replace it with a fuse of the same rating if blown.
