Safety Instructions

  • Always disconnect the power supply before handling, installing, or performing maintenance on the pump.
  • The pump must be fully submerged in water during operation to prevent overheating and damage.
  • Ensure the power cord is not damaged or pinched. Do not operate the pump with a damaged cord or plug.
  • This pump is designed for water features, hydroponics, gardens, ponds, aquariums, and fish tanks. Do not use it for purposes other than those specified.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • The maximum liquid temperature for use is 35°C (95°F).
  • Do not lift the pump by its power cord.

Setup

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Ensure all components are present and undamaged.
  2. Assemble Fountain Head: Attach the fountain pole and umbrella nozzle to the pump outlet. Ensure a secure fit.
  3. Adjust Fountain Shape (Optional): To adjust the fountain shape, twist the pump flow rate knob anticlockwise to increase flow. For a fuller umbrella pattern, rotate the fountain head top piece to adjust the gap. A smaller gap results in a bigger diameter umbrella pattern.
  4. Position the Pump: Place the pump in your desired water feature (pond, aquarium, fountain). Use the four suction cups on the bottom of the pump to secure it to a clean, smooth surface, either horizontally or vertically.
  5. Submerge Completely: Ensure the pump is fully submerged in water. The water inlet must be completely covered by water.
  6. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
