Operating Instructions
Keyless Entry
To unlock the door using a code:
- Touch the keypad to activate it.
- Enter your 4-8 digit user code.
- The lock will unlock, and you can turn the lever to open the door.
Locking the Door
To lock the door:
- From the exterior, press the lock symbol on the keypad.
- From the interior, press the lock button on the interior assembly.

Maintenance
Battery Replacement
The lock operates on four AA alkaline batteries (included). Expected battery life is up to six months with typical use. A low-battery indicator will appear on the lock's touchscreen and within the Schlage Home app, providing advance notice for replacement.
