4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the R66 walkie-talkie. Use the provided USB-C cable and charger.

  1. Connect the USB-C cable to the charge/program port on the side of the walkie-talkie.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to the provided wall adapter.
  3. Plug the wall adapter into a standard power outlet.
  4. The indicator light will show charging status (refer to LED indicator section for details). Charging typically takes a few hours.
