Safety Information

To ensure safe operation and prevent damage, please adhere to the following safety guidelines:

  • Always place the humidifier on a firm, flat, water-resistant surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
  • Do not place the humidifier near furniture or appliances that are sensitive to moisture.
  • Keep the humidifier out of reach of children and pets.
  • Unplug the humidifier from the power outlet before filling, cleaning, or moving it.
  • Do not immerse the base unit in water or other liquids.
  • Use only clean, cool tap water. Distilled or demineralized water is recommended to prevent mineral buildup.
  • Do not add essential oils directly into the water tank; use the designated essential oil tray.
  • Do not block the mist outlet or air intake vents.
  • If the humidifier emits an unusual smell or sound, or if it stops working, unplug it immediately and contact customer support.
  • This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.

Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and ensure all components are present.
  2. Placement: Place the humidifier on a flat, stable, and water-resistant surface at least 6 inches (15 cm) away from walls and furniture.
  3. Fill Water Tank:
    • Remove the top cover/control panel by lifting it straight up.
    • Pour clean, cool tap water directly into the water tank opening. Distilled or demineralized water is recommended to minimize mineral buildup.
    • Fill up to the "MAX" line indicated on the water level window. Do not overfill.
    • Carefully place the top cover/control panel back onto the unit, ensuring it is properly seated.

  4. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet. The unit will beep once, and the display will light up briefly.

Operating Instructions

Basic Operation:

  1. Power On/Off: Press the ON/OFF button on the control panel or remote control to turn the humidifier on or off. The unit will start at a high mist level when turned on.
  2. Adjust Mist Level: Press the Mist button repeatedly to cycle through Low, Middle, and High mist output settings.

  3. Set Desired Humidity (Smart Humidity Control):
    • Press the Humidity button. The current humidity percentage will flash on the display.
    • Press the Humidity button again to increase the desired humidity level in 5% increments (from 40% to 75%).
    • Once the desired humidity is set, the display will flash for a few seconds and then return to showing the current room humidity. The humidifier will automatically adjust its mist output to maintain the set humidity level.
  4. Set Timer:
    • Press the Timer button. The timer setting will flash on the display.
    • Press the Timer button repeatedly to set the desired operating time from 1 to 14 hours.
    • The humidifier will automatically turn off once the set time has elapsed.
  5. Sleep Mode: Press the Sleep button to activate sleep mode. In this mode, all display lights will turn off, and the humidifier will operate quietly for undisturbed rest. Press any button to exit sleep mode.

  6. Water Tank Spotlight: Press the Light button to turn the internal water tank spotlight on or off.
  7. Essential Oil Tray:
    • Locate the essential oil tray at the back of the humidifier base.
    • Pull out the tray. Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil onto the aroma pad inside the tray.
    • Push the tray back into its slot. The mist will carry the aroma into the air.
    • Do not add essential oils directly into the water tank.

  8. Remote Control: The included remote control allows you to operate all functions of the humidifier from a distance. Ensure the remote control has working batteries.

Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance are crucial for the longevity and optimal performance of your humidifier. Always unplug the unit before cleaning.

Daily Maintenance:

  • Empty the water tank and base unit daily.
  • Rinse the water tank and base unit with fresh water.
  • Wipe down the exterior with a soft, damp cloth.

Weekly Cleaning (to remove mineral buildup):

  1. Unplug the humidifier and remove the top cover.
  2. Empty any remaining water from the tank and base unit.
  3. Cleaning the Water Tank:
    • Pour 2-4 tablespoons of white vinegar into the water tank.
    • Fill the tank with warm water and let it soak for 30 minutes.
    • Use a soft brush or cloth to clean the inside of the tank.
    • Rinse thoroughly with clean water until the vinegar smell is gone.
  4. Cleaning the Base Unit & Transducer:
    • Pour 1-2 tablespoons of white vinegar onto the transducer (the small metal disc) and the heating element in the base unit.
    • Let it soak for 30 minutes.
    • Gently scrub the transducer with a soft brush (e.g., a cotton swab or small cleaning brush) to remove mineral deposits. Do not apply excessive force.
    • Rinse the base unit thoroughly with clean water. Ensure no water enters the air outlet.
  5. Cleaning the Essential Oil Tray: Remove the aroma pad and wash the tray with mild soap and water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Replace the aroma pad as needed.
  6. Dry all parts completely before reassembling and storing or reusing the humidifier.

Storage:

When storing the humidifier for an extended period, ensure all parts are clean and dry. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
