3. Setup

3.1 Initial Charging of the Case

1. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the back of the case.
2. Plug the other end of the cable into a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
3. The external LED indicator on the case will illuminate to show charging status. Allow the case to fully charge before first use.

3.2 Inserting Earbuds

1. Open the lid of the charging case.
2. Carefully place your for Buds Live earbuds into their respective slots. Ensure the 'L' (left) earbud goes into the left slot and the 'R' (right) earbud into the right slot.
3. Confirm that the earbuds are seated correctly and making proper contact with the charging pins. Incorrect placement may prevent charging.

4. Operation

4.1 Charging Earbuds

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case as described in Section 3.2.
2. Close the lid of the charging case. The earbuds will begin charging automatically.
3. The internal LED indicator (if visible) or external LED will show the charging status of the earbuds.

4.2 Understanding the LED Indicator

The external LED indicator on the charging case provides information about the case's power level:

• Red Light: Indicates approximately 30% power remaining in the charging case.
• Orange Light: Indicates approximately 60% power remaining in the charging case.
• Green Light: Indicates the charging case is fully charged or has a high power level.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Check if the charging case itself has sufficient power (refer to LED indicator). Recharge the case if necessary.
  • Clean the charging pins on both the earbuds and the case to ensure good contact.
• Charging case not charging:
  • Verify that the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
  • Try using a different USB-C cable or power adapter to rule out faulty accessories.
  • Ensure the power source is active and providing power.
• LED indicator not working:
