- Weight Capacity: Do not overload the trolley beyond 150 kg (330 lbs). Distribute weight evenly across drawers and the top surface.
- Stability: Ensure the trolley is on a level surface before opening multiple drawers. Opening too many loaded drawers simultaneously can cause the trolley to tip over.
- Moving Parts: Be aware of moving wheels and drawers. Keep hands and fingers clear to avoid crushing or trapping hazards.
- Brakes: Always engage the parking brakes on the swivel wheels when the trolley is stationary to prevent unintended movement.
- Children and Pets: Keep children and pets away from the trolley, especially during assembly and when drawers are open.
- Assembly: Assemble the trolley according to the instructions. Ensure all screws and fasteners are securely tightened.
- Maintenance: Regularly inspect the trolley for any signs of wear or damage. Do not use if damaged.

- Releasing Brakes: Lift the levers of the parking brakes to release them before moving the trolley.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your workshop trolley.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the trolley's surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish.

- Wheels: Inspect the wheels for debris or damage. Clean them as needed. Ensure the wheel fasteners remain tight.
- Lock: Ensure the lock mechanism operates smoothly. Do not force the key if it feels stiff.
- Fasteners: Periodically check all screws and nuts for tightness and re-tighten if necessary.
