Setup and First Use

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the air fryer.
  2. Cleaning: Wash the cooking basket and crisper plate with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the inside and outside of the main unit with a damp cloth.
  3. Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface. Ensure there is at least 6 inches (15 cm) of clear space around the back and sides of the appliance for proper ventilation. Do not place it directly against a wall or under cabinets.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet.
  5. Pre-heating (Optional): For the first use, it is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at 350°F (175°C) to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor may be present, which is normal. Ensure good ventilation during this process.

Operating Instructions

The ele ELEOPTION Air Fryer features an intelligent tactile screen for easy operation.

  1. Power On: Plug in the air fryer. The display will illuminate.
  2. Prepare Food: Place your ingredients into the cooking basket, ensuring not to overfill. For best results, food should be in a single layer or shaken periodically. Insert the crisper plate into the basket before adding food.
  3. Insert Basket: Slide the cooking basket firmly into the main unit until it clicks into place. The air fryer will not operate if the basket is not fully closed.
  4. Set Temperature and Time:
    • Use the temperature controls (usually '+' and '-' icons) to adjust the desired cooking temperature (range: 105°F to 400°F).
    • Use the time controls (usually '+' and '-' icons) to set the cooking duration.
  5. Select Preset (Optional): The tactile screen may offer preset cooking functions for common foods (e.g., fries, chicken, fish). Touch the corresponding icon to select a preset, which will automatically set a recommended time and temperature. You can adjust these settings manually after selecting a preset.
  6. Start Cooking: Press the Start/Pause button (often a play/pause icon) to begin the cooking cycle.
  7. Shaking/Flipping Food: For even cooking, some recipes require shaking or flipping food halfway through the cooking time. The air fryer may beep to remind you. Carefully pull out the basket, shake or flip the food, and then reinsert the basket. The cooking cycle will resume automatically.
  8. End of Cooking: When the cooking time is complete, the air fryer will beep and automatically shut off.
  9. Remove Food: Carefully pull out the cooking basket using the handle. Place it on a heat-resistant surface. Use tongs to remove the cooked food.
  10. Power Off: Unplug the air fryer from the wall outlet after use.
