4. Setup and Assembly

Your ADO A20 XE E-Folding Bike comes mostly pre-assembled. Follow these steps for initial setup:

1. Unfolding the Frame:
   • Place the bike on a flat surface.
   • Release the frame latch (usually located near the hinge in the middle of the frame).
   • Carefully unfold the frame until it locks into place. Ensure the latch is securely fastened.
2. Handlebar Setup:
   • Lift the handlebar stem and secure it with the quick-release lever.
   • Adjust the handlebar height to a comfortable position and tighten the clamp.
3. Seat Post Adjustment:
   • Open the quick-release lever on the seat post clamp.
   • Adjust the seat height so your leg has a slight bend at the knee when the pedal is at its lowest point.

   • Identify left (L) and right (R) pedals.

5. Operating Instructions

The ADO A20 XE offers two main operating modes: Pedal Assisted Bike and Normal Bike.

5.1 Powering On/Off

• To turn on the e-bike system, press and hold the power button on the LCD display.
• To turn off, press and hold the power button again.

5.2 Pedal Assisted Mode

• The e-bike has 3 levels of pedal assistance.
• Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the LCD display to cycle through the assist levels (1-3).
• The motor will provide assistance as you pedal, making riding easier, especially uphill or against wind.

5.3 Normal Bike Mode
