Setup Guide

2. Attaching the Cable
The Moondrop Variations feature a 0.78mm 2-pin detachable cable. Identify the left (L) and right (R) indicators on both the earphone units and the cable connectors. Align the pins on the cable with the receptacles on the earphone units and gently push them together until they are securely connected. Do not force the connection, as this may damage the pins.

3. Selecting Ear Tips
Proper ear tip selection is crucial for optimal sound quality and comfort. Experiment with the various sizes and materials of ear tips provided to find the best seal for your ear canals. A good seal ensures full bass response and effective passive noise isolation. Gently twist and pull to remove existing tips, and push new tips onto the nozzle until secure.

Operating Instructions
1. Wearing the Earphones
Insert the earphone units into your ear canals, ensuring a snug and comfortable fit. The cable is designed to be worn over the ear for better stability and reduced microphonics. Adjust the cable around your ear until it sits comfortably.

2. Connecting to Audio Source
Plug the 3.5mm (or other compatible connector, depending on your cable) jack of the earphone cable into your audio source (e.g., smartphone, digital audio player, amplifier). Ensure the connection is firm.
3. Volume Control
Start with a low volume level on your audio source and gradually increase it to a comfortable listening level. Avoid excessively high volumes to prevent hearing damage.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning the Earphones
- Regularly clean the ear tips with a soft, damp cloth to remove earwax and debris.
- Use a small brush or cleaning tool to gently clear any earwax from the earphone nozzles.
