3. Setup and Assembly
- Attach the Food Inlet Chute: While holding down the black fastening button on the motor base, rotate the transparent food inlet chute into the machine until it locks securely into place.
- Insert the Blade: Select the desired cone-shaped blade. Insert the blade into the cross fastener inside the food outlet and rotate clockwise to secure it.
- Position the Food Pusher: Place the food pusher into the top opening of the food inlet chute.
- Secure the Appliance: Ensure the suction cups at the base are firmly pressed onto a clean, flat countertop for stable operation.

4. Operating Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Cut ingredients into pieces that fit comfortably into the food inlet chute.
- Place a Container: Position a bowl or container beneath the food outlet to collect the processed ingredients.
- Turn On: Turn the knob switch to the 'ON' position to start the machine.
- Feed Ingredients: Place the food into the food inlet chute. Use the food pusher to gently press the food down towards the rotating blade. Apply some force to ensure better contact between the food and blades for optimal results. Do not press the food with your hands.
- Turn Off: Once all ingredients are processed, turn the knob switch to the 'OFF' position.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygienic operation of your Anatole Electric Cheese Grater.
- Disassembly: Turn the knob switch to 'OFF' and unplug the appliance. Press the black fastening button and rotate the food inlet chute counter-clockwise to remove it. Remove the blade by rotating it counter-clockwise.
- Cleaning Blades and Chute: The removable food inlet, outlet, and blades are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash them by hand with warm, soapy water and a brush to remove any food residue. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Cleaning Motor Base: Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
- Storage: Store the cleaned and dried components in a safe place. The compact design allows for easy storage.
6. Troubleshooting

- Ensure ingredients are cut to an appropriate size to fit the chute and make proper contact with the blade.
