Setup
- Initial Charge: Before first use, fully charge your Anker 321 MagGo Battery using a USB-C cable and a compatible wall charger (not included). The LED indicators will show the charging progress.
- Checking Battery Level: Press the power button once to check the current battery level. The LED indicators will light up to show the remaining charge.
Operating Instructions
Magnetic Wireless Charging (for iPhone 12/13/14/15 Series and later)
- Ensure your iPhone is a compatible model (iPhone 12 series or newer) and has a MagSafe-compatible case if you are using one.
- Align the Anker 321 MagGo Battery with the back of your iPhone. The magnets will snap it into place, and charging will begin automatically.
- The magnetic charge provides up to 7.5W maximum power.
Wired Charging (for other USB-C compatible devices)
- Connect your device to the Anker 321 MagGo Battery using a USB-C to USB-C cable (not included).
- Press the power button on the Anker 321 MagGo Battery to initiate charging.

- Power bank not charging: Use a certified USB-C cable and a compatible wall adapter. Check the cable and ports for any damage.
