3. System Components
3.1 Indoor Monitor
The 7-inch indoor monitor features an IPS HD touch screen with a resolution of 1024*600. It serves as the central control unit for your intercom system, allowing you to view visitors, communicate, and manage settings.

3.2 Outdoor Doorbell Unit
The outdoor unit is equipped with a 1080P HD camera, infrared night vision lamps, a call button, speaker, digital keypad, and RFID card area. It is designed to be waterproof with an IP55 rating and operates in temperatures from -30°C to 60°C.

4. Setup and Installation
4.1 Wiring Diagram
The system uses a 4-wire connection for stability. Connect the outdoor unit, indoor unit, and electric lock (not included) according to the schematic diagram. Ensure all connections are secure before powering on the system.

4.2 Power Connection and Initial Setup
Connect the power supply controller to the system. Once powered, the indoor unit will display the time. The system supports various unlocking methods and intercom functions.

4.3 TuyaSmart App Setup
To enable remote monitoring and control, install the free TuyaSmart app on your smartphone. Follow the in-app instructions to add your video intercom system. This allows you to answer the door and remotely unlock it from anywhere.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Answering Calls and Intercom
When a visitor presses the doorbell, both the indoor monitor and your smartphone (via TuyaSmart app) will receive a notification. You can then initiate a two-way audio and video conversation with the visitor.

5.2 Unlocking Methods
The system offers multiple secure ways to unlock your door:
- TuyaSmart App: Remotely unlock the door from your smartphone.
- Indoor Monitor: Tap the unlock icon on the indoor monitor's touch screen.
- RFID Cards: Swipe a pre-programmed RFID card over the designated area on the outdoor unit.
- Password: Enter your security password on the outdoor unit's digital keypad.

5.3 Monitoring and Recording
The system supports active monitoring, allowing you to view the outdoor camera feed at any time. When visitors press the doorbell or motion detection is activated, the doorbell camera will automatically record videos or snapshots. These recordings are saved to an additional Micro SD card (not included) to protect your home.

5.4 Night Vision
The 1080P camera features built-in IR lights and an intelligent IR-Cut switch. This allows the video camera to automatically switch between day and night modes based on light changes, providing high-quality images even in low-light conditions.

6. Advanced Settings
The indoor monitor provides access to various system settings to customize your intercom experience:
- Language Selection: Choose from 7 different languages for the monitor interface.
- Unlock Delay: Adjust the duration for which the door remains unlocked after activation.
- Motion Detection: Enable or disable motion detection for the outdoor unit.
- Network Settings: Configure Wi-Fi connectivity and view network status.

- Cable Inspection: Periodically inspect all wiring for any signs of wear or damage. Ensure connections remain secure.

8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your intercom system, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- No Power: Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into both the monitor and a working power outlet. Check the circuit breaker.
- No Video/Audio: Verify all wiring connections between the outdoor unit and indoor monitor are correct and secure. Restart both units.
- App Connectivity Issues: Ensure your indoor monitor is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. Check your router and internet connection. Restart the TuyaSmart app and the indoor monitor.
- Door Not Unlocking: Check the wiring to the electric lock. Ensure the unlock delay setting is appropriate. Verify RFID cards or passwords are correctly programmed.
- Poor Night Vision: Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from obstructions.
- System Unresponsive: Try restarting the indoor monitor by disconnecting and reconnecting its power.
