7. Troubleshooting

  • No Sound Output:
    • Ensure both the microphone(s) and receiver have sufficient power and are fully charged.
    • Verify that the receiver is correctly plugged into the microphone input of your audio device and that the device's volume is turned up.
    • Check that the microphones are powered on and successfully paired with the receiver (display should be stable, not flashing).
  • Interference or Poor Sound Quality:
    • Change the frequency band on the microphone(s) by pressing the frequency adjustment button to find a clearer channel.
    • Ensure there are no obstructions between the microphones and the receiver that could block the signal.
    • Avoid using the system near other strong wireless devices that might cause interference.
  • Microphones Cutting Out / Noise when using both:
    • This can occur if both microphones are operating on conflicting frequencies or if the audio device's input is overdriven. Try adjusting the frequencies on both microphones.
    • Lower the volume on the microphones or the audio device's input to prevent feedback or distortion.
  • Microphone Not Turning On:
    • Confirm that the 18650 battery is correctly inserted and fully charged.
    • Ensure the power button is pressed and held for a few seconds until the display illuminates.

8. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the microphones and receiver. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
  • Storage: Store the system in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Battery Care: Fully charge batteries before extended storage. If not used for a long period, charge the batteries every 3 months to maintain their lifespan.
  • Protection: Use the provided anti-slip rings to prevent microphones from rolling and the foam windscreens to protect against moisture and reduce plosive sounds.
