Sensor Placement Guidelines

For optimal performance and accurate readings, consider the following:

  • Place remote sensors vertically.
  • Avoid direct sunlight and rain for outdoor sensors. The remote sensor is IPX4 splash-proof, but not waterproof.
  • Do not place sensors horizontally or directly on the ground.
  • Ensure the distance between the display screen and the sensors is within 200ft/60m in an open area. Walls and other obstructions may reduce the effective range.
