1. Unpack all components and verify against the parts list.
2. Assemble the main frame of the cabinet using the provided screws and nuts.
3. Attach the side panels and back panel to the frame.
4. Install the drawer slides into the cabinet frame.
5. Assemble the drawers and attach them to the slides.
6. Install the adjustable shelves using the shelf clips.
7. Attach the cabinet doors and ensure they close properly.
8. Install the locking mechanisms for both the doors and drawers.

Operation Guide

Using the Doors and Shelves

The upper section of the cabinet features two hinged doors that open to reveal two adjustable shelves. These shelves can be repositioned to accommodate items of various heights.

• To open the doors, insert the key into the upper lock and turn to the unlocked position. Pull the handles to open.
• To adjust a shelf, remove all items from the shelf. Lift the shelf slightly and disengage the shelf clips from their current slots. Reinsert the clips into the desired slots and place the shelf back on them, ensuring it is level and secure.
• To lock the doors, close both doors firmly. Insert the key into the lock and turn to the locked position. Remove the key.

Using the Drawers

The lower section of the cabinet contains two lateral file drawers designed to hold letter, legal, or A4 size documents. The drawers are equipped with an anti-tip mechanism for safety.

• To open a drawer, insert the key into the lower lock and turn to the unlocked position. Pull the drawer handle.
• The drawers feature adjustable hanging rods to accommodate different file sizes. Adjust the rods by sliding them along the internal tracks.
• Anti-Tip Mechanism: Only one drawer can be opened at a time. If one drawer is open, the other drawer will be locked to prevent the cabinet from tipping forward.
• To close a drawer, push it firmly until it clicks into place.
• To lock the drawers, ensure both drawers are fully closed. Insert the key into the lock and turn to the locked position. Remove the key.

Care and Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the cabinet surfaces with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the powder-coated finish.
