Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Difficulty with assembly | Panels not aligning, hardware not fitting | Ensure all panels are oriented correctly. Some panels may require slight pressure to align. Refer to the assembly diagrams. Consider having a second person assist. |
| Cage feels unstable | Loose connections, uneven surface | Check all screws and bolts for tightness. Ensure the cage is placed on a flat, level surface. Verify caster wheels are locked if stationary. |
| Birds escaping | Doors not latched, bar spacing too wide for very small birds | Always ensure doors are securely latched. This cage has a 0.6-inch bar spacing, suitable for small to medium birds. For very small birds like finches, additional mesh or a different cage might be necessary. |
| Tray is difficult to slide | Debris in tracks, tray misalignment | Clean the tray tracks of any debris. Ensure the tray is inserted straight and not at an angle. |
