Introduction
This manual provides instructions for the Wessel-Werk Villa Collection Central Vacuum Accessories and Crushproof Hose Kit, featuring the EBK360 Electric Powerhead. This comprehensive kit includes a 35-foot 4-wire crushproof hose, the EBK360 electric powerhead with an LED headlight, a D330 flexible floor brush, a universal 4-piece accessory set, and a 4-piece storage set. It is designed to enhance your central vacuum system's cleaning capabilities.
Setup Instructions
1. Hose Connection
Ensure your central vacuum system is turned off. Insert the hose cuff into a standard 1.5-inch wall plate central vacuum inlet valve. The hose cuff is designed for a secure fit. If your system requires power for the powerhead, ensure the integrated power cord is connected to a suitable electrical outlet.

This image displays the central vacuum hose cuff, which connects to the wall inlet, and its attached power cord. The cuff is compatible with standard 1.5-inch central vacuum wall plate inlet valves, and the cord provides power to the electric powerhead.
2. Powerhead and Wand Assembly
Attach the EBK360 Electric Powerhead to the stainless steel telescopic wand. The powerhead features a quick connect/disconnect neck for easy assembly. Ensure the connection is firm. The telescopic wand for the EBK360 has enclosed wiring to prevent tangles. Adjust the wand to a comfortable operating length.
3. D330 Floor Brush Assembly
Connect the D330 flexible wall and floor vacuum brush attachment to its dedicated stainless steel telescopic wand. This wand also extends from 25 inches to 40 inches. For versatile use, attach the carpet and mop cleaning attachment set to the D330 as needed.
4. Accessory Tools
The 4-piece universal accessory set includes a PT160 handheld turbo brush, a 12-inch crevice tool, an elongated dust brush, and an upholstery brush tool. These tools can be attached directly to the hose handle or the telescopic wands for specific cleaning tasks.
Operating Instructions
1. Power Control
The 35-foot 4-wire crushproof central vacuum hose features a 3-way switch on its handle. This switch allows you to turn the central vacuum system ON/OFF and also control the power to the EBK360 Electric Powerhead independently, providing complete suction control.
2. EBK360 Electric Powerhead
When activated, the EBK360 powerhead's LED headlight will illuminate, helping to identify dust and debris on the floor. Guide the powerhead across carpets and hard floors for effective cleaning. The quick connect/disconnect neck allows for easy transitions between the powerhead and other attachments.
3. D330 Flexible Floor Brush
Utilize the D330 brush for cleaning walls, carpets, and hard floors. Its flexible design allows for a full range of motion, making it suitable for various surfaces. Attach the carpet and mop cleaning accessories for specialized cleaning.
4. Universal Accessory Set
Select the appropriate tool from the 4-piece accessory set for specific cleaning needs:
- PT160 Handheld Turbo Brush: Ideal for upholstery, stairs, and pet hair.
- 12-inch Crevice Tool: For narrow spaces, corners, and edges.
- Elongated Dust Brush: Features soft, sturdy natural fibers for delicate surfaces and dusting.
- Upholstery Brush Tool: With a swivel neck and tilting brush for effective cleaning of fabric surfaces.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning the EBK360 Powerhead
Regularly inspect the brush roll of the EBK360 powerhead for tangled hair or debris. Turn off and unplug the powerhead before cleaning. Use scissors to cut away any tangled material and remove it. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth.
2. Cleaning the D330 Floor Brush
Remove any accumulated debris from the bristles of the D330 floor brush. The carpet and mop cleaning attachments should be cleaned according to their specific material instructions.
3. Hose Inspection
Periodically check the crushproof hose for any blockages or damage. If suction decreases, disconnect the hose and check for obstructions. Do not attempt to clear blockages with sharp objects that could damage the hose.
4. Accessory Tool Cleaning
Clean all accessory tools after use. Wipe plastic tools with a damp cloth. The dust brush can be gently cleaned to remove accumulated dust.
5. Storage
Utilize the provided 4-piece storage set, including the central vacuum hose rack, mesh storage bag, and clip-on vacuum tool holder, to keep your accessories organized and protected.
