4. Setup

Before first use, wash all detachable parts thoroughly. Ensure the motor unit is placed on a stable, flat, and dry surface.

  1. Assemble the Food Processor: Place the food processor bowl onto the motor unit. Rotate clockwise until it locks into place. Insert the desired accessory (e.g., S-blade, disc holder with disc) onto the central shaft. Secure the lid onto the bowl, ensuring it locks correctly.
  2. Assemble the Blender: Place the blender jug onto the motor unit. Rotate clockwise until it locks into place. Ensure the lid is securely fastened.
  3. Power Connection: Plug the appliance into a grounded electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

The appliance features two speed settings for optimal control.

  1. Preparation: Ensure the appliance is correctly assembled with the desired accessory and ingredients are prepared (e.g., cut into appropriate sizes for discs).
  2. Add Ingredients: Place ingredients into the food processor bowl or blender jug. Do not overfill beyond the maximum level indicated.
  3. Select Speed: Turn the speed control dial to the desired setting (Speed 1 or Speed 2). Use lower speeds for softer ingredients or light mixing, and higher speeds for harder ingredients or more intensive processing.
  4. Processing: Allow the appliance to process until the desired consistency is achieved. For discs, feed ingredients through the feeder tube.
  5. Switch Off: Turn the speed control dial back to the '0' (off) position after use.
  6. Disassemble: Unplug the appliance. Carefully remove the lid, then the accessory, and finally the bowl/jug.

Specific Accessory Usage:

  • Slicing/Grating/Julienne/Potato Chips Discs: Always use the pusher to guide ingredients through the feeder tube. Never use your fingers.
  • Citrus Juicer: Place the juicer attachment on the motor unit. Press half a citrus fruit onto the reamer and apply gentle pressure.
  • Grinder: Attach the grinder cup with ingredients to the motor unit. Operate in short bursts for best results.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

  1. Unplug: Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
