3.3 Fuel Mixing
This tool requires a gasoline and 2-stroke oil mixture. Use unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 89 or higher.
- Initial Use (First 20 hours): Mix gasoline and 2-stroke oil at a ratio of 20:1 (20 parts gasoline to 1 part oil).
- After 20 hours: Mix gasoline and 2-stroke oil at a ratio of 25:1 (25 parts gasoline to 1 part oil).
- Use the provided fuel mixing bottle for accurate measurement.
- Shake the mixture thoroughly before pouring it into the fuel tank.
- Fill the fuel tank (capacity: 1.2L) in a well-ventilated area, away from ignition sources.
4. Operation
Always wear appropriate PPE and ensure the work area is clear of bystanders and obstacles before starting the engine.
4.1 Starting the Engine (Smart Starting Technology)
- Place the tool on a flat, stable surface.
- Ensure the fuel tank is filled with the correct fuel mixture.
- Set the ON/OFF switch to the 'ON' position.
- Engage the choke (if the engine is cold).
- Press the primer bulb several times until fuel is visible.
- Pull the starter cord firmly and smoothly until the engine starts. The 'Smart Starting Technology' is designed for easier pulls.
- Once the engine starts, gradually disengage the choke.
