6. Troubleshooting

  • Mouse not responding: Ensure the mouse is turned on. Check battery level and charge if necessary. For 2.4Ghz, ensure the nano receiver is securely plugged into a USB port. For Bluetooth, ensure the mouse is paired and the correct BT channel (BT1/BT2) is selected. Try restarting your computer/device.
  • Cursor movement is erratic or slow: Clean the optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse. Ensure you are using the mouse on a suitable surface (non-reflective, non-transparent). Adjust the DPI setting using the DPI button.
  • Cannot pair via Bluetooth: Ensure the mouse is in pairing mode (BT1 or BT2 indicator flashing rapidly). Make sure your device's Bluetooth is enabled and discoverable. Try removing previous pairings for the mouse on your device and re-pairing.
  • Connection drops frequently: Ensure the mouse is within range of your device (typically up to 10 meters for Bluetooth/2.4Ghz). Minimize interference from other wireless devices.
