3. Setup Guide

3.1 Connecting Peripherals

  1. Connect Display: Use an HDMI cable to connect your monitor(s) to the HDMI ports on the Mini PC. The device supports up to two 4K@60Hz displays simultaneously.
  2. Connect Keyboard and Mouse: Plug your USB keyboard and mouse into the available USB ports. Alternatively, connect Bluetooth peripherals after initial setup.
  3. Connect Network (Optional): For a wired internet connection, connect an Ethernet cable from your router to the RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet port. For wireless connectivity, WiFi will be available after initial setup.
  4. Connect Audio (Optional): If using external speakers or headphones, connect them to the 3.5mm audio jack.

5. Maintenance and Storage Expansion

5.1 Storage Expansion

The NiPoGi AK1PLUS Mini PC allows for storage expansion to meet your growing needs. You can add a 2.5-inch SATA SSD/HDD or replace the existing M.2 SSD.

  1. Power Off: Ensure the Mini PC is completely powered off and disconnected from the power source before proceeding.
  2. Access Storage Bay: Carefully open the bottom cover of the Mini PC to access the storage bay. Refer to the product's physical design for specific opening instructions.
  3. Install 2.5-inch Drive: If adding a 2.5-inch SATA SSD/HDD, secure it into the designated slot and connect the SATA data and power cables.
  4. Install/Replace M.2 SSD: If replacing the M.2 SSD, gently remove the existing one and insert the new M.2 2280 NGFF SSD into the slot, securing it with the screw.
  5. Close Cover: Reattach the bottom cover securely.
  6. Initialize Drive: After booting the system, the new drive may need to be initialized and formatted through Disk Management (Windows) or Disk Utility (Linux) before it can be used.

Note: 2.5-inch SSD/HDD is not included. Please ensure compatibility when purchasing additional storage.

6. Troubleshooting
