Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean all detachable parts (dough hooks, whisks) as described in the "Maintenance and Cleaning" section. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.
  3. Attaching Accessories:
    • Insert the desired attachments (dough hooks or whisks) into the openings on the underside of the motor unit.
    • Push and twist slightly until they click securely into place. Ensure both attachments are fully inserted.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a suitable 240 Volt electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

Always ensure the attachments are securely in place before starting the mixer.

  1. Selecting Speed: The hand mixer features multiple speed settings. Start with a low speed and gradually increase as needed to prevent splashing and ensure thorough mixing.
  2. Mixing/Beating: For light batters, creams, and eggs, use the whisks. Begin at a low speed and increase to achieve desired consistency.
  3. Kneading: For heavier doughs like bread or pizza dough, use the dough hooks. Start at a low speed to combine ingredients, then increase to a medium speed for effective kneading. Do not overload the mixer; refer to recipe guidelines for maximum quantities.
  4. Stopping Operation: To stop the mixer, switch the speed selector to the "0" (off) position.
  5. Detaching Accessories: Unplug the mixer from the power outlet. Press the eject button (if available) or gently pull the attachments out.
