Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the proper use and care of your SodaStream® Pepsi® Beverage Mix. This product allows you to transform plain sparkling water into a refreshing Pepsi-flavored drink using your SodaStream sparkling water maker.

Each 14.9 Fl Oz (440ml) bottle of concentrate is designed to create approximately 2-2.5 Gallons of bold, refreshing Pepsi Cola. This pack contains four bottles, providing the concentrate to make up to 9.5 Gallons of Pepsi.

Setup and Preparation

Before preparing your Pepsi beverage, ensure you have a SodaStream sparkling water maker and a SodaStream carbonating bottle filled with cold water.

1. Carbonate Water: Fill your SodaStream carbonating bottle with cold water up to the fill line. Carbonate the water using your SodaStream machine according to its specific instructions. It is crucial to always fizz your water before adding the beverage mix.
2. Measure Mix: Open the SodaStream Pepsi Beverage Mix bottle. The cap of the mix bottle can be used as a measuring cup. Pour the beverage mix into the inner middle line of the measuring cup (the cap).
3. Add Mix to Water: Tilt the carbonating bottle containing the freshly carbonated water. Slowly pour the measured beverage mix into the carbonated water.
4. Gently Mix: Close the cap of the carbonating bottle. Gently shake the bottle to mix the concentrate with the carbonated water. Avoid vigorous shaking to prevent excessive fizzing.
5. Serve: Pour into a glass with ice and enjoy your homemade Pepsi!

Operating Tips

• Cold Water is Key: Always use very cold water for carbonation, as cold water absorbs CO2 more effectively, resulting in better fizz.
• Add Mix After Carbonation: Never add the beverage mix before carbonating the water. This can damage your SodaStream machine and create a mess.
• Adjust to Taste: You can adjust the amount of concentrate to suit your personal taste preference. Start with the recommended amount and add more if you desire a stronger flavor.
• Storage After Mixing: Store the prepared beverage in the refrigerator. For best fizz and flavor, consume within a few days.

Maintenance and Storage
