3. Setup

3.2 Attaching Gel Pads

2. Carefully peel the protective film from the gel pads. Avoid touching the adhesive surface excessively.
3. Attach the gel pads firmly to the designated areas on the back of the ThermoTENS device.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Applying the Device

1. Once the gel pads are attached, place the ThermoTENS device directly onto the desired area of your body where you experience muscle or nerve pain.

4.2 Powering On/Off
