The Avision AD345GWN is a high-speed A4 duplex document scanner designed for efficient document digitization. 2. Setup
2.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove the scanner and all accessories from the packaging.
- Verify that all components are present: scanner unit, power adapter, USB cable, and software CD/documentation.
- Remove all protective tapes and packing materials from the scanner.
2.2 Connecting the Scanner
- Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the scanner's power input and then plug it into an electrical outlet.

3.2 Basic Scanning Procedure
The AD345GWN is easy to operate via its LCD screen and panel buttons.
- Turn on the scanner using the power button.
- On the scanner's LCD panel, select your desired scanning target (e.g., Email, Printer, Folder, or a specific application).
- Press the "Scan" button on the control panel.
- The scanner will feed and digitize the documents. The scanned images will be sent to your specified target application or location.

3.3 Wi-Fi and Network Scanning
For wireless or network scanning, ensure the scanner is connected to your network (via Ethernet or Wi-Fi).
- Wi-Fi Setup: Access the scanner's network settings via the LCD panel or the Avision Button Manager software. Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
- Network Configuration: Ensure your computer and scanner are on the same network. Use the Avision Button Manager or AVScan X software to configure network scan profiles and destinations.
3.4 Using Bundled Software
