Setup and Assembly
Before first use, wash all removable parts (bowls, blades, lid) with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Ensure the black plastic covers are removed from the blades before use.
- Place an anti-slip ring on a clean, flat surface.
- Place your chosen bowl (glass or stainless steel) onto the anti-slip ring. The different bowl materials help avoid cross-contamination for different uses (e.g., meat vs. vegetables).

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Appliance does not turn on. | Not plugged in; improper assembly; overheating. | Ensure power cord is securely plugged in. Check if the motor unit and lid are correctly assembled and locked. If the unit stopped during use, allow it to cool down for several minutes. |
| Blades are not rotating. | Motor unit not properly seated; ingredients too large/hard; bowl overfilled. | Ensure the motor unit is firmly pressed down and correctly aligned. Cut ingredients into smaller pieces. Reduce the amount of ingredients in the bowl. |
| Uneven chopping. | Ingredients not evenly distributed; too few ingredients. | Use the pulse function to redistribute ingredients. For very small quantities, consider processing with other ingredients or using a different method. |
