Setup

1. Charging the Devices

Before first use, fully charge both the remote transmitter and the receiver collar. Connect the USB charging cable to the charging ports on both devices and a standard USB power adapter. Charging typically takes 2-3 hours. The indicator light will change when fully charged.

2. Pairing the Remote and Receiver

1. Turn on the remote transmitter.
2. Press and hold the power button on the receiver collar until the indicator light flashes rapidly.
3. Within 10 seconds, press any training mode button on the remote (e.g., Beep or Vibration).
4. If pairing is successful, the receiver collar will beep, and its indicator light will stop flashing and remain solid.
5. To pair additional collars (up to 4), select a different channel on the remote and repeat the process.

3. Fitting the Receiver Collar

• Ensure the contact points are appropriate for your dog's coat length. Use longer points for thicker coats.
• Place the receiver collar around your dog's neck so that the contact points touch the skin.
• The collar should be snug enough for the contact points to make reliable contact, but not so tight as to cause discomfort. You should be able to fit one finger snugly between the strap and your dog's neck.
• Avoid leaving the collar on for more than 12 hours per day to prevent skin irritation.

• Static Shock Mode: A corrective stimulus with adjustable intensity from 1 to 99. Start at the lowest effective level and increase only if necessary. This mode should be used responsibly and as a last resort.
• Shock Boost Mode: Provides a slightly stronger static shock (10% higher than the current setting) for situations requiring a more immediate response.

Always begin training with the lowest effective stimulation level and observe your dog's reaction. The goal is to communicate, not to punish.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Regularly clean the receiver collar and contact points with a damp cloth. Ensure the contact points are free of dirt or debris to maintain proper function.
• Battery Care: Recharge the devices when the battery indicator is low. Avoid fully depleting the battery frequently to prolong its lifespan. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
