Installation Instructions
- Prepare the Mounting Surface: Choose a suitable, flat surface for mounting the LED light. Ensure the surface can support the light and is free from obstructions.
- Secure the LED Light: Use appropriate screws (not included) to secure the LED board to the chosen surface through the mounting holes. Refer to Figure 2 for the location of mounting holes on the back plate.
- Connect Power:
- Identify the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals of your DC power source.
- Connect the red wire from the LED light to the positive (+) terminal of your DC power source.
- Connect the black wire from the LED light to the negative (-) terminal of your DC power source.
- Warning: Ensure correct polarity to prevent damage to the LED light.
- Verify Connections: Double-check all connections to ensure they are secure and correctly polarized.
Operating Instructions
- Power On: Once the LED light is securely installed and correctly wired to a compatible DC power source, apply power to the circuit.
- Use the Switch: The SAMCON SBE-C-1 features an integrated push-button switch. Press the switch to turn the LED light ON. Press it again to turn the LED light OFF.
Maintenance
