5. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Avantree Eon headphones, please refer to the following common solutions:

  • Headphones not powering on: Ensure the battery is charged. Place on the charging stand or connect via USB-C cable.
  • Cannot pair via Bluetooth: Ensure headphones are in pairing mode (flashing blue and red). Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth. Try resetting the headphones (refer to the Avantree support website for specific reset instructions).
  • No sound or poor sound quality: Check volume levels on both headphones and connected device. Ensure the headphones are correctly paired or the 3.5mm AUX cable is fully inserted. If using the mic, ensure it is securely attached.
  • Microphone not working or poor call quality: Ensure the detachable boom mic is firmly connected. Check your device's audio settings to confirm the Avantree Eon microphone is selected as the input device. Some applications may require specific microphone settings.
  • Headphones randomly connecting/disconnecting: This can sometimes occur due to interference or issues with the paired device's Bluetooth. Try unpairing and re-pairing the headphones. Ensure no other devices are attempting to connect simultaneously.
  • ANC setting does not stick: This is expected behavior for some units; ANC may need to be re-activated after each power cycle.
