Setup

1. Charging the Headphones and Case

Before first use, fully charge the headphones and charging case. The charging case has a 600mAh battery, providing extended playtime.

• Place the earbuds into the charging case.
• Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source.
• The indicator lights on the case will show the charging status. A full charge provides up to 48 hours of total playtime with the case, and approximately 6.5 hours on a single headset charge. Fast charging capability is supported.

2. Power On and Pairing

The headphones are designed for quick and easy connection.

• Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on.
• Remove the earbuds from the case. They will automatically enter pairing mode and attempt to connect to the last paired device.
• On your device (e.g., smartphone), go to Bluetooth settings and select "VIDONN T2" from the list of available devices to pair.
• Once paired, you will hear an audio confirmation.

Operating Instructions

Open Ear Design

The VIDONN T2 features an open-ear design that rests gently and securely on top of your ear, rather than inside the ear canal. This design allows you to hear ambient sounds, enhancing safety during outdoor activities like walking, running, or cycling, while still enjoying your audio.

Touch Controls

Each earbud is equipped with sensitive touch controls for managing audio playback and calls.

Single Ear Use

You can use either the left or right earbud independently for calls or music playback. Simply remove one earbud from the charging case, and it will automatically connect to your device. The other earbud can remain in the case or be used by another person if desired (after separate pairing).

Call Quality

The headphones incorporate Qualcomm CVC 8.0 technology with dual microphones for noise reduction, ensuring clear voice calls even in noisy environments.

Maintenance

Cleaning

• Wipe the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or aerosol sprays.
• Ensure the charging contacts on both the earbuds and case are clean and dry.

Water Resistance

The headphones are rated IPX5 waterproof, meaning they are resistant to sweat and light splashes. They are not designed for submersion in water. Ensure the earbuds are dry before placing them back into the charging case to prevent damage.

Troubleshooting

• No Sound/Cannot Pair: Ensure both earbuds are charged. Place them back in the case, close it, then open it again and try re-pairing. Check your device's Bluetooth settings to ensure Bluetooth is enabled and 'VIDONN T2' is selected.
• One Earbud Not Working: Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open it and remove them. This often re-syncs them.
• Charging Issues: Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Check if the charging contacts on the earbuds and case are clean.
• Poor Call Quality: Ensure the microphones are not obstructed. Try moving to a quieter environment.
