- Ensure the power is disconnected at the circuit breaker before installation or maintenance.
- All wiring must be in accordance with national and local electrical codes.
- The fan must be mounted with a minimum of 7 feet (2.1 meters) clearance from the floor to the blades.
- Ensure the mounting structure can support the weight of the fan (approximately 15.4 lbs).
- Do not bend the fan blades when installing or cleaning the fan.
- This fan is suitable for both indoor and outdoor (covered patio) use.

3. Setup and Installation

3.1. Fan Blade Assembly
Attach the three wooden blades to the fan motor assembly using the provided screws. Ensure they are securely fastened.

3.2. Downrod and Mounting
Select the appropriate downrod length (5" or 10") for your ceiling height. The fan can be installed on flat ceilings or tilted ceilings up to 15 degrees. Secure the mounting bracket to the ceiling joist or a suitable electrical box. Connect the fan assembly to the mounting bracket, ensuring all electrical connections are made correctly and safely.

4. Operating Instructions
Your KAPOEFAN ceiling fan comes with a remote control for convenient operation of all its features.
4.1. Remote Control Functions
The remote control allows you to adjust fan speed, set timers, and change wind direction (reversible mode).
- 6 Wind Speeds: Choose from 6 different fan speeds to suit your comfort needs. The fan operates quietly, with noise levels below 35dB.
- Reversible Mode: Change the wind direction for seasonal comfort. Downward airflow for cooling in summer, and upward airflow for circulating warm air in winter.
- Timer Settings: Set the fan to automatically shut off after 1, 2, 4, or 8 hours.
- Natural Wind Pattern: Activate a natural wind mode for varied airflow.
