Setup and Initial Use

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove the heating pad from its packaging.
  2. Inspect: Check the heating pad and power cord for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.
  3. Connect: Ensure the controller cord is securely plugged into the heating pad.
  4. Plug In: Insert the power plug into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.

Power On/Off

Heat Settings

The heating pad offers three heat settings:

To adjust the heat setting, press the "ON/OFF" button repeatedly until the desired indicator light (Low, Med, Hi) is illuminated.

Moist Heat Therapy

For moist heat therapy, lightly dampen the heating pad with water using a spray bottle or sponge. Do not soak the pad. Ensure the pad is not dripping wet before use. Moist heat can provide deeper penetration for muscle relief.

Automatic Shut-Off

The heating pad is equipped with an automatic shut-off feature that turns off the device after approximately 2 hours of continuous use. This safety feature helps conserve energy and prevents excessive heating. To restart the pad after auto shut-off, simply press the "ON/OFF" button.

Care and Maintenance

Cleaning Instructions

The Pursonic Electric Heating Pad is machine washable.

  1. Disconnect: Ensure the heating pad is unplugged from the electrical outlet and the controller is disconnected from the pad.
  2. Wash: Machine wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergent in cold water.
  3. Dry: Tumble dry on low heat or line dry. Ensure the pad is completely dry before reconnecting the controller and plugging it in. Do not iron.

Note: Do not dry clean. Do not bleach. Do not wring.

Troubleshooting
