Important Safety Instructions
WARNING: To reduce the risk of burns, electric shock, fire, and personal injury, this product must be used in accordance with the following instructions:
- Do not use while sleeping.
- Never use on an infant, invalid, or a person insensitive to heat.
- Do not use on areas of insensitive skin.
- Do not use on animals.
- Never use pins or other metallic objects to fasten this product.
- Do not sit on, lean against, or crush the heating pad.
- Never pull this pad by the supply cord.
- Do not use with liniment, salve, or ointment preparations, especially those containing heat-producing ingredients, as skin burns could result.
- Do not use if the cord or plug is damaged.
- Unplug when not in use.
- Do not use in an oxygen-enriched environment or near equipment that stores or emits oxygen.
- Do not dry clean. Cleaning solvents may damage the insulation.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
Setup and Initial Use
- Unpack: Carefully remove the heating pad from its packaging.
- Inspect: Check the heating pad and power cord for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.
- Connect: Ensure the controller cord is securely plugged into the heating pad.
- Plug In: Insert the power plug into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- To turn on, press the "ON/OFF" button on the controller. The indicator light will illuminate.
- To turn off, press the "ON/OFF" button again.
Heat Settings
The heating pad offers three heat settings:
- Low: For gentle warmth.
- Medium: For moderate heat.
- High: For maximum heat therapy.
To adjust the heat setting, press the "ON/OFF" button repeatedly until the desired indicator light (Low, Med, Hi) is illuminated.

Moist Heat Therapy
For moist heat therapy, lightly dampen the heating pad with water using a spray bottle or sponge. Do not soak the pad. Ensure the pad is not dripping wet before use. Moist heat can provide deeper penetration for muscle relief.
Automatic Shut-Off
The heating pad is equipped with an automatic shut-off feature that turns off the device after approximately 2 hours of continuous use. This safety feature helps conserve energy and prevents excessive heating. To restart the pad after auto shut-off, simply press the "ON/OFF" button.
Care and Maintenance
Cleaning Instructions
The Pursonic Electric Heating Pad is machine washable.
- Disconnect: Ensure the heating pad is unplugged from the electrical outlet and the controller is disconnected from the pad.
- Wash: Machine wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergent in cold water.
- Dry: Tumble dry on low heat or line dry. Ensure the pad is completely dry before reconnecting the controller and plugging it in. Do not iron.
Note: Do not dry clean. Do not bleach. Do not wring.
