1. Introduction

This manual provides essential instructions for setting up, operating, and maintaining your Inder Atouch X19 Pro Android Tablet. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device to ensure proper functionality and safety. This tablet is designed primarily for children's educational and entertainment activities.

4. Setup

4.1. Charging the Tablet

Before first use, fully charge the tablet. Connect the Type-C data line to the tablet's charging port and the other end to the provided (UK) charger. Plug the charger into a power outlet. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status.

4.2. Powering On/Off

• To Power On: Press and hold the Power button until the screen lights up.
• To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button, then select "Power Off" from the options that appear on the screen.

4.3. Initial Setup Wizard

Upon first power-on, the tablet will guide you through an initial setup process. This includes selecting your language, connecting to a Wi-Fi network, and setting up a Google account (optional but recommended for app downloads).

4.4. Inserting SIM Cards and MicroSD Card

The tablet supports dual SIM cards and a microSD card for expandable storage. Locate the SIM/microSD card tray on the side of the tablet. Use the provided SIM ejector tool (if included) to open the tray. Carefully place the SIM cards and/or microSD card into their respective slots, ensuring correct orientation, then reinsert the tray.

4.5. Connecting the Bluetooth Keyboard Holster

To use the Bluetooth keyboard:

1. Place the tablet into the keyboard holster.
2. Ensure the keyboard is charged and powered on.
3. On the tablet, go to Settings > Connected devices > Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth on.
4. The tablet will search for available devices. Select the keyboard from the list and follow any on-screen prompts to pair.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Basic Navigation

• Touch Screen: Tap to select, swipe to scroll, pinch to zoom.
• Home Screen: Displays app icons and widgets. Swipe left/right to access additional screens.
• Notification Panel: Swipe down from the top of the screen to access notifications and quick settings.
• Navigation Bar: Typically located at the bottom of the screen, includes Back, Home, and Recent Apps buttons.

5.2. Wi-Fi and Mobile Data

• Wi-Fi: Go to Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi. Turn Wi-Fi on and select your desired network. Enter the password if prompted.
• Mobile Data: If a SIM card is inserted, go to Settings > Network & internet > Mobile network to enable mobile data and configure settings.

5.3. Using the Camera

Open the Camera app from the home screen or app drawer. You can switch between the front (13MP) and rear (16MP) cameras. Tap the shutter button to take photos or record videos. The camera is designed with features suitable for children's use.

5.4. Pre-installed Applications

6. Maintenance

6.1. Cleaning the Tablet

Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the screen and body of the tablet. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, which can damage the surface. Do not spray cleaners directly onto the screen.

6.2. Battery Care

• Avoid exposing the tablet to extreme temperatures.
• Do not allow the battery to fully discharge frequently.
• Use only the provided charger and cable.

6.3. Software Updates

The operating system is Android 12.0 and is noted as non-updatable. Therefore, no system updates are expected for this device.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1. Tablet Does Not Turn On

• Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power on again.
• Press and hold the Power button for at least 10-15 seconds to perform a forced restart.

7.2. Slow Performance

While the tablet has 8GB RAM, actual running speed may be lower. To improve performance:

• Close unnecessary background applications.
