4. Setup
4.1 Powering the Device
The CAMRY CR 1150 alarm clock can be powered by either the included USB cable or AAA batteries.

USB Power:
- Connect the small end of the USB cable to the DC 5V port on the back of the alarm clock.
- Connect the larger end of the USB cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a USB port on a computer.
Battery Power:
- Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the alarm clock.
- Insert 3 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
Note: Using both USB and battery power simultaneously is possible. Batteries can serve as a backup in case of power outage when using USB power.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Setting Time
- Press the MODE button once to enter time setting mode. The hour digits will flash.
- Use the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the hour.
- Press MODE again to set the minutes. The minute digits will flash.
- Use the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the minutes.
- Press MODE a third time to confirm and exit time setting mode.
5.2 Setting Date
- From normal display mode, press the MODE button twice to enter date setting mode. The year digits will flash.
- Use the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the year.
- Press MODE to set the month.
- Use the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the month.
- Press MODE to set the day.
- Use the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the day.
- Press MODE a final time to confirm and exit date setting mode.
5.3 Setting Alarm
The device supports 3 alarm modes.
- Press the ALARM button once to enter alarm setting mode. The alarm hour digits will flash.
- Use the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the alarm hour.
- Press ALARM again to set the alarm minutes. The minute digits will flash.
- Use the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the alarm minutes.
- Press ALARM a third time to confirm the alarm time.
- To activate or deactivate the alarm, press the ALARM button repeatedly in normal display mode until the alarm icon appears (activated) or disappears (deactivated).
5.4 Snooze Function
When the alarm sounds, press the SNZ/LIGHT button to activate the snooze function. The alarm will pause for a preset duration (1 to 60 minutes, adjustable) and sound again after the snooze period. To stop the alarm completely, press any other button.
5.5 Room Temperature Display
The alarm clock automatically displays the ambient room temperature. This feature is always active and does not require manual setting.

5.6 Display Brightness / Backlight
Press the SNZ/LIGHT button in normal display mode to adjust the brightness of the LED display. Cycle through available brightness levels to suit your preference.
