Getting Started
Powering On and Linking
Before first use, ensure the DJI RC Motion 2, your aircraft, and goggles are fully charged. Follow these steps to power on and link your devices:
- Press the power button once to check the battery level of the DJI RC Motion 2.
- Press and hold the power button to power on the motion controller.
- Power on your DJI aircraft and goggles.
- Ensure the aircraft has successfully linked with both the goggles and the RC Motion 2. Refer to your aircraft's manual for specific linking instructions if needed.

Operating the DJI RC Motion 2
Immersive Motion Control
The DJI RC Motion 2 allows for intuitive, immersive flight control. By tilting your wrist and using the joystick, you can navigate and maneuver your drone through the sky.

Flight Controls
- Lock Button: Press once to control the aircraft to take off, land, or brake. Double-press to start aircraft motors, then press and hold to take off. Press and hold while hovering to land automatically. During flight, press once to brake and hover in place.
- Joystick: Move the joystick up/down to ascend/descend. Toggle left/right to move the aircraft horizontally left/right.
- Mode Button: Press to switch between Normal and Sport modes. Normal mode is selected by default.
- FN Dial: Press the dial to open the camera settings panel in the FPV view. Scroll the dial to navigate settings or adjust parameters. Press and hold to exit the current menu.
- Shutter/Record Button: Press once to take a photo or start/stop recording. Press and hold to switch between photo and video modes.
- Accelerator: Press to fly the aircraft in the direction of the circle in the goggles. Push forward to fly backward. Apply more pressure to accelerate. Release to stop and hover.
