3. Product Overview

It features a factory-installed 225 Amp main circuit breaker and tin-plated copper bussing for superior conductivity. The modern design includes a white, powder-coated finish. The enclosure and interior are included; the door is sold separately.

4. Installation and Setup

Installation of the Leviton LP622-BPD Load Center should only be performed by a qualified electrician. Follow these general steps:

  1. Mounting the Enclosure: Securely mount the load center enclosure to a suitable surface, ensuring it is level and plumb.
  2. Rough-in Wiring: Route all incoming and outgoing electrical wires into the load center. The design allows for wiring without breakers installed, simplifying the process.
  3. Connecting Main Power: Connect the main service entrance conductors to the factory-installed 225 Amp main circuit breaker.

  5. Installing Circuit Breakers: Once wiring is complete, snap the individual circuit breakers into their designated spaces. The plug-on design ensures easy and secure installation.
