Setup Guide
1. Initial Charging and Power On
Before installation, ensure your camera is fully charged. Connect the camera to a power source using the provided USB cable. Once charged, long press the "Power" button to start the device. The red light will flash slowly when it switches on.
2. Resetting the Device
If necessary, long press the "Reset" button on the camera to reset the device. Wait for a flashing red indicator light, then proceed.
3. App Installation and Wi-Fi Connection
Download the "ieGeek Cam" app from your smartphone's app store (available on Google Play and Apple App Store). Connect your smartphone to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Open the app, select "Add Device," and follow the on-screen instructions. You will be prompted to scan a QR code displayed on your phone with the camera lens to establish the Wi-Fi connection. A successful connection will be indicated by a blue light on the camera.
4. Mounting the Camera and Solar Panel
Mark the location for the mounting bracket on your desired wall or surface. Secure the bracket with screws. Align the camera base with the bracket from the bottom up and press back until it snaps into place. For the solar panel, mark and secure its mounting base, then attach the solar panel, ensuring it faces south for optimal sunlight exposure. Connect the solar panel's power cord to the camera's small waterproof port to maintain continuous charge.

1. Live View and PTZ Control
Access the live feed of your camera through the ieGeek Cam app. Use the on-screen controls to pan the camera 355° horizontally and tilt it 120° vertically, allowing you to monitor a wide area. The camera also supports 4X digital zoom for closer inspection.

2. Night Vision Modes

Troubleshooting
- No Power/Not Charging: Ensure the solar panel is clean and receiving direct sunlight. Check the USB cable connection. If the battery is completely drained, a manual charge via USB might be needed before the solar panel can take over.
- Wi-Fi Connectivity Issues: Verify your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. Ensure the camera is within range of your router. Try resetting the camera and re-pairing it with the app.
