Setup
The MasTrack Live Dash Cam is designed for easy, plug-and-play installation, requiring no complex wiring. It connects directly to your vehicle's OBD port.
Installation Steps
- Locate OBD Port: Every passenger vehicle manufactured since 1996 is equipped with an OBD (On-Board Diagnostics) port, typically located under the dashboard on the driver's side.
- Connect Device: Simply plug the included OBD connector from the dash cam directly into your vehicle's OBD port.
- Mounting: Use the provided sticker or other convenient mounting options to securely attach the unit to your dashboard or windshield. Ensure the camera has a clear view of the road and, if applicable, the vehicle interior.
- Power On: The unit will immediately power on and off each time the vehicle is started, with support for standby mode.

Storage Management
- Memory Cards: The device supports two Micro SD cards, providing a total of 256 GB for HD video recording (two 128 GB SD cards are included).
- Loop Recording: The camera features loop recording, which automatically overwrites the oldest footage with the newest when the memory card becomes full. Regularly back up important footage to prevent loss.
