3. Setup

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Filling with Water
- Open the lid using the lid opening lever.
- Fill the inner pot with fresh, clean water. Do not fill below the minimum mark or above the maximum refill mark indicated on the water level gauge.
- Close the lid securely.

4.2 Boiling Water
- After filling and closing the lid, ensure the appliance is plugged into a power outlet.
- The appliance will automatically begin the boiling process. The "Boiling" indicator light will illuminate.
- Once the water reaches boiling temperature (approximately 95 degrees Celsius), the "Boiling" indicator will turn off, and the appliance will switch to "Keep Warm" mode. The "Keep Warm" indicator will illuminate.

4.3 Keep Warm Function
After boiling, the appliance automatically enters "Keep Warm" mode to maintain the water temperature. The "Keep Warm" indicator light will remain on.
4.4 Reboil Function
If the water has cooled down and you wish to reboil it, press the REBOIL button. The appliance will reboil the water and then return to "Keep Warm" mode.

4.5 Water Dispensing
To dispense hot water, place a cup or container under the spout and press the DISPENSE button. Release the button to stop dispensing.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning
5.1 Regular Cleaning
- Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.

- The inner pot can be cleaned with a soft brush or sponge and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly.

5.2 Descaling
Over time, mineral deposits (limescale) may build up inside the inner pot, especially in hard water areas. This can affect performance and efficiency. Descale the appliance regularly (e.g., monthly or as needed).
