Control Panel
The digital touch control panel allows for easy operation and selection of cooking modes, temperature, and time settings.
- Temperature Control: Adjusts temperature from 80°C to 200°C.
- Time Control: Sets cooking time from 0 to 60 minutes.
- Pre-set Modes: Six pre-programmed settings for common food types.
- Dual Zone Control: Independent temperature and time settings for each 4.5L basket (L and R).

Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials from the air fryer.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the baskets and crisper plates with warm soapy water. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth. Ensure all parts are completely dry before assembly.
- Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 10 cm of clear space around the back and sides for proper ventilation.
- Basket Assembly: Insert the crisper plates into the bottom of the cooking baskets. If using the full 9L capacity, ensure the removable dividing wall is removed. For dual 4.5L cooking, insert the dividing wall into the main basket.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions
Basic Operation
- Power On: Press the power button (⏻) to turn on the appliance. The digital display will illuminate.
- Preheating (Optional): For best results, preheat the air fryer for 3-5 minutes at the desired cooking temperature.
- Load Food: Carefully pull out the cooking basket(s) and place your food inside. Do not overfill the basket; ensure air can circulate.
- Select Mode/Settings:
- Pre-set Modes: Press the mode selection button to cycle through the 6 pre-set cooking programs. Each program has a default temperature and time.
- Manual Adjustment: Use the temperature (▲/▼) and time (▲/▼) buttons to set your desired cooking parameters.
- Start Cooking: Press the start/pause button (⏵) to begin the cooking cycle.
- Shake/Flip Food: For even cooking, especially with larger quantities or certain foods, it is recommended to shake or flip the food halfway through the cooking time. The appliance may beep to remind you.
- Cooking Completion: The air fryer will beep when the cooking cycle is complete. Carefully pull out the basket(s) and remove the cooked food.
- Power Off: Press the power button (⏻) to turn off the appliance. Unplug from the wall outlet when not in use.

Using Dual Temperature and Time Zones
The Cecofry Dual 9000 allows for independent cooking in each 4.5L basket. This is ideal for preparing two different dishes simultaneously.
- Ensure the removable dividing wall is properly installed.
- Load food into both the Left (L) and Right (R) baskets.
- On the control panel, select the 'L' or 'R' zone to adjust its specific temperature and time settings.
- You can set different temperatures and times for each zone.
- Press the start button to begin cooking. The appliance will manage the cooking for both zones independently.
- Use the 'Sync' function if you want both baskets to finish cooking at the same time, even if they started with different settings.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air fryer.
- Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the air fryer from the power outlet and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
- Baskets and Crisper Plates: The cooking baskets and crisper plates are non-stick and can be washed with warm soapy water. Use a soft sponge or cloth to avoid damaging the non-stick coating. They are also dishwasher safe.
- Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers. Never immerse the main unit in water.
- Interior: If necessary, wipe the interior of the appliance with a damp cloth. Remove any food residue.
- Storage: Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing the air fryer in a cool, dry place.
